This is a cat that had been at the shelter since I had began to volunteer there. Yesterday (while I was cleaning in the cat room.) my mom and I talked about fostering an animal. So we went back that afternoon and asked the officers about it. They said that can't let people foster but you can adopt it and then see if you can find it a home. So we asked about this cat and wanted to know if it was going to be there the next day. Apparently he was on the list to be put down that afternoon. So we couldn't let that happen. So we went ahead and adopted him. And now we are trying to find him a nice home. He is now nurtured and has all of his shots.
